Harvey Ebbage is a dynamic lighting designer and programmer with an emerging international presence across theatre, music, and live event production. With a refined technical fluency and an instinctive creative identity, he shapes compelling visual worlds that strengthen storytelling, mirror emotion, and unite creative teams under a bold, cohesive vision.

Harvey’s foundation in performance powers his approach. A graduate of The Urdang Academy and a former professional performer, he brings the rare perspective of someone who has stood within the story. That experience fuels a design sensibility rooted in rhythm, movement, and emotional truth — knowing not only how light looks, but how it feels.

His growing portfolio spans touring musicals, immersive experiences, corporate spectacles, and intimate new work. Across every scale, Harvey is driven by curiosity, precision, and a deeply collaborative spirit, always seeking to elevate the narrative and honour the craft.

Harvey currently serves as UK & International Associate Lighting Designer on Mrs. Doubtfire, and continues to develop exciting creative collaborations with Tony and Olivier Award-winning designer Tim Lutkin — recently including the new West End production of The Producers, alongside multiple new international projects in development.
